You may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
If you are not present or available at the scheduled time for a service that requires your presence, or if access to the property is not provided, you may be charged the full service fee.
Prices for services are as quoted on our platform or as agreed upon in writing. Prices may vary based on the scope of work, property size, and other factors. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as available on our platform.
If additional work is required beyond the original scope of the service, we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding. Additional charges may apply.
We strive to provide high-quality services and take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns.
By booking a service, you grant our service providers access to your property as necessary to complete the requested work. You are responsible for securing or removing any valuables, fragile items, or hazards from the work area.
If you have pets, please inform us at the time of booking. For certain services, pets may need to be secured in a safe area during the work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jake & Jett and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
While we take great care in performing our services, accidents may occasionally occur. We carry general liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our service providers during the course of their work. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, defects, or wear and tear on your property. We reserve the right to document the condition of work areas before starting a service.
